Throughout the years, the founders of Precious Angels Daycare Center have developed a unique proprietary curriculum that is intricately based on communication, critical thinking, creativity and academics. Our program is based upon a Biblical philosophy upholding God’s word as the source of truth. Our purpose is to share God’s love with the families; we serve as well as the surrounding community. We specialize in teaching through hands-on experiences, exploring the world around us, and every day experiences.
Reading is Essential: Books are extremely important in a child’s life. Stories open up a whole world of learning. Our teachers instruct through stories as they expose our children to a world of excitement full of colors, shapes, numbers, words and sounds. Books surround our classrooms, allowing children to explore words and pictures at leisure opening the door for communication, exploration and creativity.
Social Skills: Socialization is a big part of each child’s life. Children build relationships with teachers and other children as they interact and socialize in school. Our dedicated teachers ensure children’s social and emotional development by utilizing activities such as: role playing, problem solving and varies techniques.
Academic Adventure: Academic Adventure opens the door to creative learning. The children have a blast while learning phonics, math, science and history. Presented on a daily basis these high energized activities spark the creative engine in each and every child.
Our experienced teachers create an exciting learning environment by allowing children to explore a second language. Every activity and educational toy has meaning. While teaching at eye level, teachers bring out the best in your child as they ask open ended questions with a cause.
Principle Classroom Arrangement: When the children enter their classrooms, they get a sense of security knowing that they belong. Everything in our classrooms are four inches in height or lower, giving children easy access to their world. The children’s pictures are displayed throughout the classroom and every child has their own individual belongings labeled with their name and picture to explore early reading. Our bright and colorful classrooms are organized and filled with age appropriate activities and accessories. With an emphasis on learning, our center goes beyond just toys with every item designed specifically to enhance the young mind.
Before & Aftercare Program
Our before & after care program allows your child continued growth as we implement special activities. School aged children want to feel grown up but at the same time, they still want to play and have fun. We individualize our program to the interest of the children along with a quiet area to complete homework and other activities of choice.
Summer Enrichment Program– "Fun in the Sun”
Our Summer Enrichment Program is designed with fun and excitement in mind. We take every opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors while laughing and having a blast. Our program includes basketball, bike riding, sidewalk chalk, neighborhood walks and pools. Our fenced in playground transforms before your eyes, as we turn it into a water park. The children enjoy water play on a hot day as they splash in our water tables and sprinkler equipment. |
